Since graduating as a Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist in 2010, my drive for more knowledge and a deeper understanding of how the body works has led me into other areas of bodywork, movement and rehabilitation.
Qualified through both APPI and STOTT as a Pilates Instructor, I specialise in Pilates for injury rehabilitation. I am also a Corrective Exercise Specialist and I blend these skills together when creating individual rehabilitation programmes.
I am a qualified AIM™ (Anatomy in Motion) practitioner which looks at the body in movement and gait to understand how the body functions. This is a fantastic way to trace injury and resolve long standing/recurrent pain.
Each treatment is a blend of all of my skills , but expect to get moving! We are not designed to lie on a couch we are designed to MOVE!
My main sports include mountain biking, road cycling, climbing, snowboarding and of course Pilates! I live for the outdoors and spend my time in the mountains whenever I can.
