I first visited Elly to treat a persistent shoulder injury that had been causing me pain for some time. Within just a couple of sessions the pain had eased, my mobility had increased and I was able to train as normal. I’ve been having regular sports massage with Elly ever since and find it invaluable for preventing injury, speeding up recovery and improving my flexibility.
I first saw Elly when for a long time I had progressively worse twinges of pain in my left hip she really explored the area and isolated what was causing the problem she recommended some simple exercises and worked on the muscles and after just three sessions I was free of pain for the first time in ages. I now go to her regularly for a lovely treat massage.

I just wanted to say a big thanks to you and Rupert for your splendid tag team treatment last week which has made me feel so much better. Back to training ( albeit very conservatively ) and swimming too. I have a date for my ACL operation early July now but no doubt I will be coming to see you both in the meantime keep as in line as I can before then.
