Pilates

Pilates is an exercise modality that combines strength, mobility and flexibility training alongside it’s core principles of optimal breathing, postural alignment and control.

It is also an incredibly effective tool for injury rehabilitation, especially for problems created from a lack of core, hip or shoulder strength or post-surgery.

I combine my extensive experience in sports injury therapy with movement retraining to deliver unique classes that will leave you feeling strong, mobile and invigorated after each class.

I have completed my training through both Stott Pilates Institute and the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute  which specialises in Pilates for injury rehabilitation.
