Online Pilates
All classes are currently running online via the Zoom platform. It is free, easy to set up and can be run on a laptop, tablet, desktop or on your phone.
Once booked on I will email you a link with the Zoom meeting room information on the afternoon of the class. From this link you simply click through to Zoom and you will enter the meeting room.
Your set up
All you need is a mat and some space! Try to place your device where I can see your mat and make sure you have good lighting in front of you but not behind you.
It is useful to have a few props sometimes. A small hand towel can be used as a cushion, this will be used in every class and a hard back book makes a good sitting block.
My set up
As a host I can see everyone in the class and can provide verbal and visual corrections just like a normal class to make sure you get the most from it. Class sizes are limited.
Current group classes
- Wednesdays 6.10pm-7.10pm (general level)
1:1 classes are available throughout the week. Please call or email to book.
Health screening questionnaire
Your safety is my priority therefore you will need to complete a short health screening form before attending an online group class. Please follow the google link below to complete. This will also be sent in your booking email.
